  2. You will be fine. I was so nervous on surgery day I almost cancelled. So glad I didn't.

  4. I wouldn't recommend beer at this stage. The gas from the bloating will be awful. I am a month out and I totally understand how u feel. If u really must, take a sip...one sip and the craving will go away.
  5. I used to drink 3 cans a day. Once in a while I take a sip or two of my daughter's drink. I know it's not good but it sure hits the spot. Lol

  7. Hang in there. Old habits are hard to break. Don't throw your hands up and say, well I messed up so I might as we'll. just begin again. You will do well. Just take it one day at a time
