  7. Check the forms for 3 week stall. You are not alone. Many go through this. It can happen and most likely will to everyone at some point. I'm 3 months post op and have just hit my first stall. No a pound lost all last week Keep doing what your doing and you'll come outta it. If you look for a thread called Attention this is a public notice about stalls you'll find good info on there. Hope this helps. Good luck

  10. I'm 3 months post and still get dizzy when getting up to fast. I have pinned down to my Fluid intake. I have to get more than the 64oz or I'm dizzy. On another thread the same question was asked. Same advice I gave seemed to help her. Idk if you take blood pressure meds? If so might need adjusted? Good luck and congrats on your new tummy!!
  11. My SIL is going to send me something called Nioxin. She said it was a follicle stimulating thing. Look how smart I sound sheesh!!! I better look into it before I continue talking about it !!! lol But I had the same idea I have to cut it to make it appear fuller and not like I'm a balding 32 year old !!!

  13. I couldn't figure out how to post my pic to a thread so I just made a new one. I'll say 3 month up date. from HW 278 to 190. 3 month Medically supervised diet started Feb 2013, Surgery August 21st, to 3 months post op November 2013.Thats 9 months. That's 88 pounds total. 59 of that shed during my 3 months post op. And I feel 88 pounds lighter like a sprung chicken HA Below are some pictures from Feb to now. I still have a ways to go but I'm doin it and that's all that matters to me. Today chopped hair off to make it appear fuller when in truth I think I'm getting bald spots...Sigh (hair loss is a B***H) Sorry about the selffie my face broke out like a 15 year old boys! Today 3 months post op 190 (IDK why I'm standing like that)!!! 19. I so was not thinking of any other Jackson You did say you moved. I was just excited I too have never been to Yellowstone which seems weird to me. But there it is. We have friends living through out the state and visit from time to time. It's been years tho. My husband and I drove over The Little Big Horns in 06' in January YIKES right. lol the weather held tho I was surprised. Good to talk about the beautiful state with someone. Thanks
  20. Thank you so much that is a huge help!! I'm ordering the wildeats seasoning for sure. Never knew about the papaya rub. I'll try that for sure. The graded seems simpler than mashing but I will try it both ways. I would love love love to try your acid based also. I will for sure give feed back. I have 200 pounds of wild meat to play with. HA
