  1. It sounds like dumping. You should call your doctor.
  2. I totally am going through the same thing! My boyfriend and I really wanted to be Princess Leia and Han Solo. The costume is like 1 size too small so I had to go online to a specialty store. I found a cute tinkerbell costume and he is going to be Robin Hood but it's just not the same thing.
  3. Awesome! Good luck with the surgery.
  4. The same thing happened to me at week 3. I lived on orange juice. Lol
  5. I know I am only 4 weeks out but I was feeling really good about myself until we went shopping for Halloween costumes. We always want to do couple costumes but I can never get a good costume in my size. This is really depressing and tiresome. I just hope next year will be better.
  6. Thanks for the advice. It took me an hour to eat a quarter of a turkey burger (no bun) but no pain lol
  7. I'm eating slow and chewing. Feels like a huge air bubble.
  8. Yes don't know. Maybe still healing?
  9. Just switched to soft foods but it still hurts going down. Is that normal?
  10. I'm 4 weeks out and it still hurts when I eat. Is that normal?
  11. I went for my 4 week checkup today, and can move to soft foods now. Dr said I'm doing great. I was on cloud 9. Then I went to the NUT and she scolded me for my choice of protein shake and my intake. I use a ready made because it's easy for on the go. It's 30g of protein. I told her it's hard to drink 80g in a day. She wasn't sympathetic. Ugh! I don't like her grrr
  12. To other people it's nothing but the idea that you can sit in a waiting room chair with no problem is an amazing feeling
  13. I Just realized I have the munchies. I had 7 peanuts and a tbl spoon of cottage cheese. It made me chuckle. Can you imagine?!
  14. I actually commented on that today. I'm so excited for things to come.
  15. I have problems too. 4 1/2 weeks is bad though. You should tell your dr or gastro if you have one. They can prescribe something for you. No need to suffer.
  16. EXCELLENT!!!! I'm so happy for you!!
  17. I got out of the shower and my bath sheet towel actually fit all the way around. I weighed myself expecting no change in the scale aka 3 week slow-down. Much to my surprise, I lost 2 lbs!!!!! What made you happy today?
  18. I use Premier Protein chocolate. It is really good. I get it at BJs but I heard GNC carries it too
  19. I use premier protein. It is ready-to-drink. It is actually really good.
