  1. My husband and I jointly in October! I have stress test tomorrow, final hurdle. So excited! Even enjoying the shakes!
  2. Hi everyone. I am 220 highest weight, 5'4". My husband is 6'1 and 300 lbs. We are taking this journey together. I am tired of dragging myself around, feeling so bad. I have HBP, pre-diabetic, and my husband is a type 2 diabetic 30 years. It is getting worse for him and very scary. We are finished with all classes and waiting for surgery date. Very nervous and excited. I was 175 lbs many years ago being 9 months pregnant, and felt like a whale. Now I can't seem to stop my weight climbing now that I just retired, and I want a LIFE! not a chair!
