Well, I was told that I will be getting sleeved in January but they won't have a date for me until December when the January OR schedule comes out. It's going to be hard waiting for that phone call

Good news! I have been cleared by psych and my NUT and I have an appointment to see my surgeon on nov 7 to schedule my surgery. I am so excited.

Hi, I'm being sleeved by Dr. Mann at Portsmouth navel hospital. Glad to see there are others in hampton roads, I'm feeling a little alone in this process. I am excited and scared at the same time, but ready for an exciting journey.

I everyone. I am getting my surgery done at Portsmouth navel hospital. Has anyone gotten theirs done there? I've been overweight for most of my adult life and it is affecting my health. I am excited and scared at the same time. Has anyone ever regretted getting the sleeve? Also the doctors there keep trying to talk me into the bypass, is that normal?
