I also have a 3 year old the true love of my life he's the reason why I had to get the surgery because I want to be able to keep up with him and also I'm a teacher pre-k 22 at school I'm determined although the thought of pain not my favorite to think about my husband is like babe you had a child lol but still lol I'm somewhat of a wreck

You hit the nail on the head that is exactly what I'm a nervous about or should I say scared about just who I would look like are people going to think that I'm different just because I don't know look the same I love my personality I don't want to change that ever I just want to become more confident I am am on a all liquid diet I can have chicken broth beef broth all the crystallite I want 80 grams of protein sugar free jello fruit pop pudding sugar free that is Gatorade. I have to take this laxative stuff Monday to clean my intestines out. I've lost 11lbs. how tall are you and weight and age we are are on this journey together so let's start somewhere lol mines are as follows: I am a female 5'6 now currently weigh in 284 and I'm 25 o yea just l liquids for me on Monday and no food after midnight

I am so happy that I have a surgery Twin you have no idea I was October 15th by myself for so long I am completely nervous I am having my surgery in Atlanta Georgia as of now I am having my surgery at 5:30 a.m. Because I am the first surgery of the day for her they are going to clarify that time for me on Monday did you have to do a liquid diet or a laxative the day before

One day liquid diet oMG I would have loved that as my pre op diet no 14 days. And then the day before surgery I have to drink 1/4 of this nasty liquid to clean my intestines I don't even want to think about it

Oct 15 you have to be my buddy lol help me as I you with advice this liquid diet is kicking my liquid diet is kicking my butt I have to do intestine cleanser on the 14th I have to drink 1/4 of this nasty liquid the day before surgery do you have to?

My surgery is October 15th was just wondering if anyone else is around that time or on that date I need a twin bad anyways let me know

Did you have flush your intestines out the day before? Usually they give you this yucky meds to drink the day before to help?

I've been so bad I was supposed to be on my liquid diet and I've cheated on more than one occasion not a whole meal but maybe a little piece of chicken or a little bit of something I feel like a failure I feel horrible I love my protein smoothies I really do but sometimes I feel like I just need something to chew on I wonder if my surgeon will do my surgery being the fact that I did not lose the weight before hand but I do have to do the cleaning the day before basically a laxative clean out my intestines wonder if that would help get rid of some of the weight she didn't tell me how much weight to lose you just said that I would probably lose some weight on the liquid diet has anyone else had this problem if so please please help.

So how are now that your surgery day has come and gone I am getting nervous and my surgery is Oct 15th.

surgery date the 15th and I am so NERVOUS and worst I cheated on my liquid diet and I also dont like it going hard core tomorrow until day of surgery and also I have to drink this nasty drink day before surgery to clean everything out I am trying to think long term not sort term PRAYING for a safe and painless recovery

So you were able to drink the liquid just fine? By itself? I just want to get over this liquid phase. How many days out are you from surgery? How was it overall? I'm starting to freak

13 horrible day I need new liquid ideas

So I was told the before surgery that I need to drink a fourth of this gallon liquid that would basically flush my intestines so would be ready for surgery here's my question flush what I'm on a 13 day liquid diet two IM so worried about having to drink this because I don't keep liquid meds down that well HELP HELP HELP is there a easier way?

Did you really get a hernia repaired I have to get a hernia repaired or should I say closed I have a space open between my diaphragm and stomach was wondering Ig anyone else had that problem they found it when I got my EDG

My understanding is no red or purple liquid the last 2 to 3 days of the liquid diet due to the cleanser you have to take and the meds that I have to take during my stay to check for leaks. I left that paper work on my desk at work ill look at it then update more on the red and purple. What are your requirements.

Sleeved 10-15 I'm super NERVOUS I mean the liquid diet scares me the most broth bouillon,fruit pops,powerade yellow or pink , oatmeal or grits for breakfast one cup a day, water crystal light any liquid that's not red or purple. And a flush before surgery I have to drink a laxative type drink im so nervous start liquid diet 10-2. *Atlanta*
