  6. Hello all can you give me any suggestions to help me reach my goal weight by my birthday. I want to make sure I'm losing weight in a healthy safe way. Here are my stats as of today: Weight dos: 241- 09/20/13 Weight 1 week post op : 228 - 09/27/13 Goal weight by my birthday 12/16/1966 ( I want to be off my blood pressure medication and under 200 pounds) Is this realistic? This will be a gift to me again I'm trying to do it safe and healthy. Any suggestions? I have started walking a mile a day. I'm listening. I would love to be 185 DB loving lyfe

  9. I love RJ advice and I agree 100%. This is good advice to all of us. It is so easy to get caught up in an addiction and we not able to distinguish it as such. Too much of anything is not good for us. We have to come to some point in out life that we do everything in moderation and know how to be comfortable and satisfied inside and out and not look for confirmation from others ( to a point). I say to a point because there are people in our lives that truly love us and care so don't put a deaf ear to them but know in your heart you are happy and love yourself for you.   17. I'm a day after you and my doctor have me drinking a protein shake in between my liquid meals. I'm feeling okay. I just have gas and acid reflux feeling a lot. I walk and it feels better. I hope you are okay. DB loving lyfe
