  1. I am 8 weeks out now I haven't lost a tremendous amount of weight in pounds but I can definitely be a size change. I'm at least two sizes down. As far as tastes and smells go, I get sick at certain smells and certain things I cannot eat. Beef themes to be a problem with me. I've been sticking to protein bars to get all my protein in I haven't tried salads yet. I'm a little hesitant to add a variety of new foods in just yet.

  20. Well I'm glad you feel better today. Obsessing about that will only continue to stress you out so I am really glad you came to that conclusion. I hope that you will be approved. So continue to do what is in your power to do. Everything else leave in prayer. Anything I can do to help I will.
  21. Good morning Martha 761 and and nmck. This morning starting out to be a good day, yesterday I did have some gas problems and pain. Went out and about with my husband yesterday evening to purchase a new cell phone. That was my first time out since my surgery. So I was a little tired, but OK. I have been walking on my treadmill 10 to 15 minutes per day, trying to keep increasing a little each day. I still have not weighed myself, but some of my clothes are looser. Going to do a little laundry and walk again later. The big truck comes in the evening, gotta make dinner for my husband!!! Lol!!! Considering I'm on liquids still, this is going to be a challenge to say the least
  22. I need some feedback. how long post op was anyone on liquid diet before they changed to soft or pureed foods? I noticed that some have that are already eating soft foods after a couple days.
