Hi, wondering if anyone has a sample menu of their soft/puréed phase that was 2-3oz protein 1-2oz carbs each meal and managed to get 70g protein... I'm lost and will be on Phase 2 of post op diet next week. Thanks so muchYea feeling fine but hating the clear liquid thing but my Doc is very strict about the 2 Weeks of each phase post op diet... I haven't craved anything just getting tired of the clear crap lolI was 9/19 I wish I could have a protein shake lol I'm on clear liquids for 2 weeks GRRRR LOL How are you feeling since surgery?That's great!!! Doc wouldn't discharge me until I did 4oz of liquid and held it down without nausea for a couple of hours.
