Question for anyone doing Protein Shakes... Do you count them toward your total liquid for the day? My NUT told me no and since every Doc is different was just wondering

Yea true, you're right... I've gone back to almost full liquids at this point also because the heartburn is bad. I love my protein shakes, they are yummy and satisfy my sweet tooth haha Does your doc also require each phase for 2 weeks?

I'm so jealous that some people get to go back to eating normal food at 4 weeks lol I'll be 4 weeks post op Thursday and only going to Phase 3 Soft Foods of the post op diet. My doc requires each phase for 2 weeks. I also have a wedding October 26th and wondering what the hell I'm going to be able to have...

3 weeks after surgery today and down 26lbs! I'm very happy and anything lost is a plus in my book. Hope everyone is doing well Surgery 9/19 Weight : 274 No pre-op Diet Current Weight : 248
