  1. This is so dependent on you, and your level of activity and commitment to the change. I have lost 25 lbs since the start of this process (starting the program) and lost almost 8 pounds right after the surgery (not eating and clears will do that to you) Men lose weight quicker then women so hang in there it will come off.
  2. You may be able to do that now, but after your surgery you will not be able to consume pudding until week 3 and even then you will not be able to eat it that quick.
  3. I had Surgery on Friday but have not had a bowel movement; is this normal?? I am still on clears.
