I was sleeved on 10/22 and believe me, next year there will be a cute costume for the first time!!!!!

It really is good! I have found most shakes too zweet after surgery, but this one is just right!

There are lots off recipes out there online using chia seeds. My favorite way is to just sprinkle them on some frozen fruit, like the tropical mixed fruit, or strawberry mangos and pineapple mixed fruit you can buy at walmart....and let the fruit thaw for a littlw while, then eat it. The seeds absorb some of the liquid and i just love the taste. You can also use them as an egg .substitute in baking. If you do a search online you will gind lots of jdeas. Dr. Oz puts them in his smoothies. But i don't like letting it sit and get thiick and goooey.....

Unjury makes a good protein drink. They have a chicken soup flavor that tastes just like cop o noodles soup. The chocolate splendor flavor just tastes like good choc milk. I use almond or flax milk to mix it. Never cows milk.

Oct. 22 Portsmouth NH. Been ready since end of JULY...Insurance took its time approving so dr. Is booked till then. So disappointed. BUT...want it done!!!!

The video showed him turning the water temp down so it was not boiling when he put it in the water...i think the boiling made it break apart maybe.

I love my pure protein bard, but they can be too much at once. Tried the met-rx minis today and i enjoyed it! BJ's whilesale club hasnthem for 14.99 for a.box of 24. 10 grams protein, 140 or less cal. Depending on the flavor. I think after surgery when I can eat solids these will be a good choice!
