    Hello Everyone! My name is Lynette. I am from NJ. I am preop. Surgery date November 19th. As I sit here at an outpatient lab, I start reading this thread and everyone's response. I feel the excitement running through the thread. I dream of the day where I walk for exercise. I haven't exercised in decades. What is the best way to start? I AM so proud of all who can exercise for so many miles!! Good luck to you all. You are my role models. VSG Pre Op

    Another Jersey girl here! I'm in Monmouth County and will be having surgery in November. My surgeon will be Dr. Binenbaum. I heard he's excellent. I'm getting preop stuff done. My endoscopy is Tuesday and cardiologist the week after. I'm getting excited! VSG Pre Op

    I'm going to have my surgery around Nov. 19th. Our support groups are once a month at Monmouth Medical. I would like more support. Does anyone know of any weekly support groups in Monmouth or Middlesex Counties? I even tried to meet with over eaters anonymous, but couldn't find any. Your help is greatly appreciated. VSG Pre Op
