    I had my surgery July 29, and just started soft food today too. I've lost a total of 29. 19 on the pre-op diet, and 10 since the surgery. So happy I did it.

    I asked my doc if my stomach was the size of a banana, and he said no, it is the size of a hot dog. LOL

    I am 10 days out from the surgery, and don't need to crush pills. I only have to split one of them, but the small ones go right down. I can swallow capsules too. Am I being unwise not to crush pills?
