  3. I had a 2 week all sugar free liquid diet preop. I lived on premiere protein. It's my fave!! I've actually been living on it for months. I lost 50 lbs preop thanks to premiere protein.

    Honest Answers Only!

    I stuck to my preop diet very strictly! Mine was 2 weeks of sugar free clear liquids with 80-100 grams protein a day. It wasn't too difficult for me.... The cravings were crazy... But I never got hungry because I was having protein every hour or two.

    Hungry! (Pre-Op Diet)

    It's ALL about protein and water!! My preop diet was 2 weeks of sugar free clear liquids. I never really got hungry because I was constant drinking protein (premiere protein). I was having 10-15 grams protein every hour or two. Between protein I had TONS of water and broth and jello. Keep up the protein it'll be worth it! Best of luck!!
  6. I'm so glad I found your post!! I'm 4 weeks postop today. Lost 12 lbs in the first week but then only ONE in the last 3 weeks! I need this to end!!

    Tennessee sleevers

    We will both be sleeved by Matthew. Hubs has his 1 on 1 appt with Matthew next week and I have mine with him on Sept 3. After that appt, we will be submitted to ins but still need to go to the 3rd education class and to the final preop seminar thing (the $570 one). It's great to be doing this together, right?! Where are you guys in the process?

    Knoxville!! New to this forum... My husband and I are in the preop stages. It's looking like our sleeve dates will be in October. Our surgeon is Dr. Greg Mancini at University of Tennessee here in Knox.
