I check the scale several times according to my scale I lost 7 pounds in 3 days on a liquid diet which consist of premier protein shakes 4 times a day that I bought at Costco and 1 small salad in the afternoon and 20 milligrams of fiber throughout the day that's my pre-op diet that is required by my surgeon I have 12 more days ago so yes you do lose a lot of weight if you don't cheat

Hollo : I will start my pre op liquid diet in two days it's a 15 day liquid diet. Does anyone know a good protein that you can recommend that is budget friendly and I can you use as a meal replacement.

Hi I'm new to the forum but I've been getting a lot of information from all you guys it's been very helpful. I just got approved today after running around and jumping through hoops. I think I lost a lot of weight just running around. My surgery date is December 20th 2013 is that normal for it to be 2 months out?
