  1. It's so important to get that Protein in my friend! And there's little tricks that you can do that will help you along the way. When you're sipping your Water, they have liquid Protein that I bought through www.bariatricchoice.com and for one ounce of this liquid it is 15 grams of protein. Just add it to your water with some crystal lite and sip. Protein is really important for healing reasons, muscle and for satisfaction for your tummy. I wish you success in your journey! ♥

  7. Hello fellow sleeves! I'm 1 week and a few days post op and I'm down 13 lbs. I just started soft food. Refried beans, cottage cheese, egg beaters . I can eat about 1/4 cup of refried beans and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed and microwaved so that's about a half a cup of food and I don't finish the whole cup but that's about as much as I can eat. For me, it's like a new adventure every day. I also use MyFitnessPal so I can kind of calculator how many ounces of protein I'm getting in a day. it's so important to get your water intake in also. What an awesome journey that we are all on. Any other shares?
  8. You're adorable! I hope you enjoyed all the well deserved attention my dear!
