  1. Yes! I know how you feel! I've been stuck at 208 for a litle while now and I can't wait to get to onederland myself!!
  2. Hi all....I've been steadliy losing weight and I'm down 70 pounds. I've been more active then ever and it feels great! However, I weighed myself a few times this week and I'm actually up 2 pounds this week. What is up with that?!?? How do I keep going and not get discouraged??
  3. Hi all-I was sleeved on 3/3/14 and am down 71 pounds since my highest weight. I've never been happier!! I have so much more energy and self confidence! I have a lot of extra around my lower abdomen that I'm trying to work on. I don't have any plans for skin removal sugery because of how much it costs.

  5. I'm staying in the hospital tonight checking in at 530am. Wish me luck! I don't know how I will get any sleep tonight!
  6. I have surgery in 5 days as well!! I feel the same way...I think I've ready every thread on this website, but that still doesn't prepare me for how I will feel after surgery. I want to be successful and I just hope that I have the strength to not go back to my old ways!!
  7. I'm scheduled for 3/3 also!! The last few days on the pre-op diet have been sooooo hard!! I'm just keeping my brain focused on the future and hoping that it's all worth it.

  10. I know what you guys mean....I feel like I broke up with a boyfriend or lost a best friend except it's just food. My nutritionist says that I have to keep telling myself that food does not control me, and that I am worth more than the damage food does to me!!
  11. I also had my pre-op appointments on the 18th and started my pre-op diet yesterday. I did have a few food funerals, but can't have any more! These next 11 days are going to be torture! But I'm just going to suck it up and do it.
  12. I have surgery on March 3rd as well!!! I started my pre-op diet today of high protein and low carb. At least I don't have to do it for a full 2 weeks. I can't help but feel panicked at this point because I know how hungry and crabby I'm going to be for the next few days!
  13. I started my pre-op diet today as well.....I feel so hungry already I don't know how I'm going to survive!!

  16. I had my EGD yesterday and it was a breeze...I don't remember a thing and don't have any pain at all! Thanks for everyone's input on this because I didn't feel nervous at all going into it. Next step-surgery!!
  17. I start mine next week....I've been having food funerals for the last couple of days which I know isn't helping anything!

  19. Hi everyone-I saw online that Isopure has a zero carb drink with 40 grams of protein in it, but it's super expensive. Has anyone found a high protein sports drink (like gatorade, etc) that is more cost effective?
  20. I'm on March 3rd!! I think I'm going to try iso-pure sometime soon because it has so much protein in it. I'm worried about how to get enough protein in since you can't eat or drink a whole lot at at time.
  21. Hi all-I'm scheduled for March 3rd. Right not I'm just trying to get in fruits/veggies, control portions and add in some protein supplements. I start my pre-op diet on Feb 19th. I've cut out all soda and caffeine at this point too.
