I'm sorry you endured this but honestly I would look at this as a God send because he is clearly not the doctor for you, you want someone sure they can perform your surgery with confidence and certainty that your going to go through this with 100% recovery and perfect find you a new surgeon all of your appointments and test will follow you good luck ..

Hi I agree with the above statement contact your insurance company and get their requirements to ensure you don't have any problems I switch my program for the same reasons you stated no respose and the runaround I don't have to beg anyone to take my money.good luck.

Each surgeon is different because gas x strips is given to you at the hospital as well as you can have them when you get home because they fill your stomach full of gas for the surgery. Good luck.

First I like to congratulate you on your choice to be healthy, the above comments are true, but you can also research both on line on buy both the sleeve book and gastric bypass book they both are great I bought both. I had the choice yo get either one but my husband reminded me about all of the tums I pop from early ulcer so it was recommended. For me to get the bypass because the sleeves makes ulcers worse . My surgeon cancel a surgery because the person gained to much weight and didn't loose.

I agree with RJ because your fearing your never eat the way you did before surgury I have my surgery on 5/5/14 and what I do now is drink 72 ounces of water throughout the dat, exercise and have a bite of something I really want and that's it. You can always snack on sugarfree pudding, pop sicker

Welcome and congrats to you all, this is an exciting time getting ready for surgery the finish line is drawing closer. Is anyone afraid here thought these dates will never come I know I did but I kept my eye on the prize because I know my day is vomiting g just like yours we all deserve this. So congrats again and remember we are all here for each other .

My surgeon required 10 percent but they want yo see if your going to make the effort yo changed all he said was try and when your on the liquid diet before surgery your sure to loose at least 10 pounds . And that's not an insurance requirement it's a serge on requirement.

My surgery is May 5, the only people know is my immediate family, no one else, I'm a very private person and it is clearly non of their business . When I loose weight I will just say the truth I have changed my eating habits and I am exercising .

Hi If I were you I would get the bypass that is now what I am getting and I have diabetics and was original getting the sleeve but all the doctors suggested the bypass and not to mention i have heart burn from time to time. Good luck.
