hi grate ful i too was banded by dr valencia.how are you doing?so far i've lost 26 lbs.how about you?i can surely say it's not easy but i will get there.

:paranoidthis is for all the june 2007 bandsters on this forum.we are in september now ,and i would like to know how much weight have you all lost.so far i've lost only 26 lbs.i'm such a slow loser.i'm doing everything i can to get the weight off.anybody else?but still i wouldn't trade my band for anything else.

with your weight at 195 you do not have to go on a pre-op diet.you can do the one day fasting and then have your surgery.i was 205 lbs when i had my surgery .i wasn't told to go on any pre-op diets at all.i'm alive and well.good luck and keep us posted.

yes call your doctor.i had my incisions with those surgical tape on for ten days.i notice you have nothing on yours.wow.that's abig incision.please call and you will do just fine.hang in there.we are all here for each other.

honey,don't beat yourself up.i had my surgery without a pre-op diet.everything went well.i just fasted eight hours before my surgery.but everybody is different.have some soup,something light,even a salad.you'll be just fine.

you are just healing.three weeks your band is not tight at all,so you can have more of your hamburger.remember you need more protein.more protein is the way to go first.don't be afraid.i had my surgery on the 7th of this month june and i have no restriction at all.i am hungry ,so i eat every two hours,just alittle.
