  1. Thank you for the reassurance. After being on the treadmill this morning and while on it I had no pain so I truly believe I pulled a muscle.
  2. Thanks. Im hoping it is just a pulled muscle. I work out 5 days a week so hoping I tweaked it.
  3. Randomly out of the blue yesterday right under my left shoulder blade started hurting. It feels like a pulled muscle but I am not so sure. Im 3 months post op today. I plan to call my Dr when they open but does anyone have any thoughts?
  4. I havent been able to find their brand meat balls anymore. They were my fav too! The sausage is ok but killer heartburn. I do fairly well with the wham too. I guess Im stuck in a rut And since Ive vomited enough recently Im scared to try anything because it sucks. My 2 and 4 year old now act like they are vomiting LOL. Thank you all
  5. Eggs were fine for me but Im only allowed 3-4 whole eggs per week and I don't like whites. Beans are a great source but I worry about the carbs . I guess I should stop worrying about those though since I cant even eat a whole serving.
  6. I was cleared with no restrictions at a week! However, I think my Dr was a bit to generous and I just started at a month. I was walking each day when I got out of the hospital.
  7. I'm a month and 4 days out. I've been on the soft food diet(only avoiding certain veggies and fruits, rice/pasta) since the end of week two per my doctor. I was a vegetarian before surgery but have been trying to eat meat since I've been able to after to get my protein. However, it all makes me vomit(dump if you ask me!). Does anyone have this issue? It is a little depressing!! I just found a protein powder I can tolerate in a smoothie with fruit but it takes me all day to drink it. I do it with greek yogurt so my smoothie has at the least 68g protein. I'd still like to be able to eat something other than yogurt, string cheese, and potatoes.
  8. That was my exact weight morning of surgery. I was sleeved July 23.
  9.    Kaj reacted to a post in a topic: Hitting a stall one week after sugery
  10. I personally didnt and havent weighed myself other than at the Dr. I would try not to worry. Eat small amounts and walk.
  11. Oh my goodness! This Haha!
  12. I was sleeved on 7/23 and live in FL too
  13. This! Oh my.gosh. Only I know it isn't bad breath. I.brush and floss my kids teeth for.them so I know they are clean and there breath is so horrid to me still.
  14. I agree with just working on gettingmliquids. Im 4 days post op and still struggle to get.enough water. My surgeon told me.to.focus on liquids this week and the protein can come next week when things go down.
  15. Whatever you are using for protein has a way too small amount of protein. Look for something with higher protein. Premier has 30g per one serving.
  16. I hope things have gotten better for you. I'm assuming all surgeons are different just based on reading this. The surgeon who did my surgery we are allowed cottage cheese, sugar free pudding, saltines, soupy potatoes and oatmeal, etc the second week. Has anyone else heard of this?
