well, I THINK I have lost a lot oc weight, I see the diffence & am down 76lbs and down from a size 26 (tight) to a comfy size 18. My surgeon (Dr. Cirangle) tells me I'm not doing enough & is always pushing me.... [ATTACH]20231[/ATTACH]

Hi everyone... I had my Sleeve 7/22/13 by Dr. Cirangle in San Francisco. Amazing surgeon!! I went for a follow up and I have only lost 20lbs since my appt. 30 days ago. He said I wasnt doing good enough & I need to kick it up a notch... I don't know what to do!! I try to eat as much as I can, but I can usually only eat 1-3 tiny bites, then I'm stuffed!! I am having the hardest time with the protein drinks... I vomit every time I drink them, no matter the flavor.... I try to drink as much as I can, but struggle there too!! I have lost 50lbs but haven't lost a pound in a month!! Pre-Surgery I was 316, now I am 266ish.. Oh, and I swim and walk for exercise. Ughhh, Sleevers, what can I do?!!

Hi there, I was sleeved 7/22 and have only had 2 B.M. since and my tummy is killing me! I have lost 21lbs so far and I bet once I use the restroom I will drop another 5lbs lol... I am also struggling with the protein drinks and getting enough fluids. I just want to cry most of the day. I was advanced to soft food and was told that I can only have non fat plain yogurt... I want pudding, or ice cream, or flan, or something sweet and I just want to eat!! I've been having a bunch of head hunger & it sucks!!! Advice? Suggestions!!

Yea, I talked to my nutritionist and she said only greek non fat plain yogurt and i can add slenda and vanilla extract. She will possibly call me later this week to add eggs, or tofu or something...

Hi, I am one day out from surgery and I have such excrutiaing pain!! I can bearly sit, stand or lay down. Anyone else experience this?
