That is the one thing Morgan I forgot to ask the dr's office was how long the class was gonna be. I hope it's not that long.... I already did 6 months of classes...lol but I will do whatever I have to do

I actually go to my preop class this Monday I believe I am gonna be in that lovely clear liquid diet. So I already stocked up on broth, protein shakes, sugar free jello and sugar free Popsicles yummmmm

Hello. I am still Pre-sleeve, but I would really like to start with toning in the inner thighs area, and what I like to call my " kangaroo pouch" after my c- section? I want to avoid a hot mess of loose skin if possible. Any ideas?

Hello. I am getting ready to start my 6 months of classes to prepare for my surgery. I am wanting to start some major toning to prepare for the weight loss. I luckily have Father Time on my side ,but I will still need some extra help. Any suggestions for like arms, inner thighs, stomach???

Hello! My name is Amy and I gave FINALLY made the decision to have the gastric sleeve. I have already attended a seminar with Dr. Krahn of Western Bariatrics and my classes start Aug 7th. I am so excited and am looking forward to meeting the healthier me I thank you all for your amazing insight and support.
