  1. It's going to be the best choice you've made for yourself. I promise!
  2. This is my biggest fear. I am beginning to love "me." There is nothing more than I want than to have a baby, however I am so scared to go back where I started! Any success stories out there?
  3. Congratulations! Your success story gives me hope because I have PCOS!
  4. That's the route I'm following. Thank you!
  5. I was sleeved on July 9, 2013. I am now transitioning into pureed foods, and I am scared that I will gain weight. I know that my body needs proper nutrients, but I don't want to become the binge eater I once was. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't know when I'm hungry because that hormone is gone, and I just feel lost.
  6. Gabaliciousz, I know what your feeling as I had surgery last week. I didn't want to go home the next day either but if you do, make sure you walk around often because it will help with the pain, I SWEAR! The second day was a nightmare for me too! After that, each day was better. I haven't been on my pain meds since the first day I came home. Good luck!
  7. As long as you are getting your protein in, go for it! I am drinking GNC Lean 25 shakes and Bariatric Advantage Banana flavored. They also have this yogurt called Dannon Light and Fit Greek Blend Toasted Coconut which contains 12 g of protein.
  8. I'm seven days out and lost 8 lbs. Make sure you are drinking fluids and drinking your protein shakes. Are you still on any pain meds? If so, that could be the reason why you are constipated. I am consuming 4 oz of protein for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Between those times, I am drinking water or Propel water zero and eating high protein yogurt. Good luck! Continue to walk around as much as possible as this will make your digestive track kick up again.
  9. I am Tuesday, the 9th! I'm excited, yet a nervous wreck!!!!!!
