  1. I have PCOS and have been in the process of getting my insurance to approve my surgery. I haven't talked to my GYN about it because I haven't been to see him since my yearly exam. Should I call and let him know that I am having surgery soon? He didn't want to put me back on a birth control pill when I saw him last because of the PCOS.. But I wonder if he will since chances of pregnancy may increase... Any advice?

  3. How long were you on a liquid diet before surgery? My doctor only requires 2 weeks but I have heard that some people were on liquids longer than that.
