  1. I had my surgery on 6/18, I've lost 1 pound a day. Total as of today that I am two weeks post op 14lb. It may not seem much but I'm happy with slow weight loss. I am hypothyroid ( hashi mottos). It's hard for me to lose any weight so this is the main reason I got the surgery. It's really hard for me to avoid solids. I drink 8 oz of drinkable kefir yogurt each morning and drink 4oz protein shake. However I'll munch on whole grain crackers about 6 of them. Yesterday I ate little bit of rice. I want real food, my doc has me on the purée stage and I don't like it one bit. I have no will power How can I continue without cheating?
