  7. I'm 3 weeks post op and having difficulty taking my vitamins. I usually like my vitamins with food. However after any meal I'm just too full to take anything else. I haven't taken any vitamins other than b12. Just not looking forward to my chalky calcium lol. I also have liquid omega but also not looking forward to that. I'm afraid to vomit. I am only taking one protein drink a day. I wanna be healthy and for that I know I must take them but I'm just too afraid to vomit.

  10. Their experience doesn't define yours. It is up to all of us to maintain a healthy body with nutrition and exercise. Our sleeves are only a tool to help us get there. They may not have used it wisely. Best wishes
  11. I had my surgery on 6/18, on my right side where I have an incision I can feel a mass inside approx grape size. I did lift my toddler but at the time I had no choice. It doesn't hurt however there is some discomfort when standing up and having to use my stomach muscles. I feel as if I have to apply pressure to my right side when coughing or laughing etc. Anyone else with similar problem?
  12. Ill try my best.., its just hard for me to do purées only
  13. Really? I hear about ppl losing so much. I hope this continues but losing anything ill be happy. It's hard for me to stay away from solids. I want real food
  14. Just a thought... It's our bodies wanting what it needs. I used to love anything sweet, now I just want anything with protein in it
  15. I wouldn't consume more calories if you're full. Your body will start adjusting and eventually want more. Keep your proteins and fluids up
