  1. Did your doctor give you a stomach binder? Mine put it in me right after surgery and it has helped me not have the gravity pain in stomach. You might check with your doctor
  2. I had my surgery on Tuesday the 2nd. I have had no pain. I took one push of morphine right after waking up from surgery but felt nauseous and light- headed so I never used it again. I took oral pain meds once a day. I spent two nights in hospital. I had my surgery done robotically due to having had a Nissan procedure for hernia. As a result, I didn't need a drain or pain ball. I am very pleased with my progress thus far. Now on to getting my liquids and clear Protein in.

  4. July 2nd here. I'm soooo ready. I think I've got everything I need. Just have to get kids packed and situated. Good luck to everyone! Let this new journey begin!

  7. My surgery is on the 2nd of July. I've educated myself, and now I'm getting emotional and nervouse. Any words of advice are welcome.
