I'm using ready 4change with Dr Garcia I personal know people thAt have used them and all has been as they said so far I'll be having surgery on aug 5 and I'm going to post pic and grade them I have 25 yrs in EMS . But I'm ready for this

there are a lot of good Dr's in mexico , u can book direct with the Dr or go through a booking agency I've used a agency, u need to look at whats covered in the price mine all is covered except travel, food for support person , complication can be extra, gall bladder hernia, i'll spend 2 night at hospital and 3 at a hotel, read and do your research here and obesity help.com, good luck with ur surgery

I think if you have insurance to cover the cost weight wise would be great, I started my journey with weight wise but my ins wouldn't cover it and I think you get nickeled and dimed, after more research ive decided to have my surgery done in Tijuana Mexico by Dr. Fernando Garica, total cost for me should be 4700.00 barring any complications.travel is my responsibility, they cover 3 nights at Marriott and 2 nights in the hospital and food,

Me too were arriving at SD airport @ 10 am on the 4 th driver to take us to Marriott , surg on Monday

As I look thru the forum I see a lot of different pre op diets. Well I start mine to day and will do the one my dr sent me . It sure looks easier than some up to 3 shakes salad protein ( fish or chicken) Metamucil capsule for hunger if needed. Ok I can do this 14 days.

Anyone use this it also has a lot of vitamins and minerals , anybody have any input . Thanks

Starting pre-op early, should. Start on the 26th , but I'm just ready, have my shakes ,protein , broth, surgery not till Aug 5th @ Florence with Dr Garcia . I hope they have a bed for my wife to sleep in or I'll be walking the halls lol

I was told at Florence hospital there would be a bed for my wife , I hope so or she will have a room at Marriott I hope.

well were in the same boat i'm having surgery aug 4 th with dr Garcia, all pre -op ekg ,blood work and test will be done upon arrival , read pre-op diet, and remember they give you the information you just need to follow it, there is a lot of info on here and obesity help . com also . good luck with your surgery.

Just do the research. Spend time on the computer. Call all the weight loss ctn's also a lot of booking companies that can help u. Ask lots of questions! I am having mine done thru ready 4 change with Garcia at Florence but that's just me there lots of choices

I'm going to Tijuana aug 4th , going thru R4AC dr Garcia staying at Marriott .im a paramedic and my wife in a nurse we may have this covered. But. I was under the understanding that a nurse would change dressing and A Dr would handle the rest. May pack a small kit just in case.
