  1. From elk city ok it was a great trip to TJ for sleeve I used Garcia thru ready4change went great
  2. The hospital nurses didn't like me leaving the hospital to walk to Starbucks and the beach OOPS it was still fun
  3. 54 years sleeved aug 5 th down 55 lbs includes pre op 30 lbs post op kinda in a stall this wk and a little tired but doing great over all

  8. I have 2 issues with the sleeve 1 Acid 2 I should have done this long ago! Started at 325 now 275 and now I'm off all my meds , taking vits and acid reducer starting week #5 post op
  9. I'll have to keep up on this plz let us know ur results. Over reaction of your pancreas to food? We're u a long time diabetic. Controlled or uncontrolled diabetic prior to surgery? I'll have to look this up interesting

  12. my only issue with going to mexico was I wish i'd done it sooner , I researched checked this and that , I wasted a lot of time , i'd be skinny by now, but overall i'm 50 lbs lighter less than a month out from surgery 8/5/2013, I would use ready4change with Dr Garcia again . OH in less than 4 weeks in off all my meds .
  13. Any men having or had plastics done following sleeve surgery . Would like to know Cost Where u had it done Recovery time What u had done chest, TT LEGS ? Thanks

  17. I know what u mean , I am self conscious enough to spend it and 24 mo out ill c a plastic surgeon But I like to swim and a lot of our door stuff
  18. Heart burn is an issue for me also I take 2 chewable Pepcid a day am and bedtime seamed to help also more small meals tend to help
  19. 18 days post op no need for any meds now , I was expecting at least a month
  20. Also pawerade zeros are good for dehydration
  21. Not sure I am getting enough calories I'm 17 days out about 1/2 to. 2/3 cup and that's it fluid goes well scared to push it 400-600 calories is about it
