  1. Hello I hope that you will not let the size discourage you. I hope your size you wear now is getting much looser. Hopefully you are not having the issue that I heard of in support group. Sometimes after shedding pounds we will still see ourselves as having and not realize our body has really changed.
  2. Hello. I am a 46 year old man. My surgery is April 28. Starting pre-surg diet 4/13. 250 been gaining every since I first made up mind to do surgery. I was down to 218 in June and been having trouble due to some personal issues hoping that I will be able to get pass my current issues with the help of therapy and may even have to go to counseling.
  3. I need a don't give sh-tameter too. I need a couple in case one breaks.... You're actualresponse was really good and a reminder of what is ahead of me.
  4. I am pre op and having trouble getting motivated to get back into the gym. I am pre op and hoping that I will do better with consistency after surgery.
  5. Susan: that is exactly why I am deciding to press forward. I am hoping that the surgery will help me to not over eat. I am planning on getting some professional help with the controlling my eating as well.
  6. I love your post and can relate. Best wishes and you are right we have made the decision so we just have to trust the one in whom you believe.
  7. This week I was diagnosed with blood clots in leg. My vascular doc suggested that I have a filter put in before the surgery. I am going to go forward with the procedure and surgery. I am a little nervous and wonder if it is worth it. I only have about less than100lbs to loss. Also I am a little worried about life after surgery if I survive surgery.
  8. Hello. I opened a group for the April Sleevers in the groups. I would love for us April surgery to get support each other there as other months do. I am scheduled for April 28. Nervous as well and trying to figure out how I am going to make it on the two week diet. Also I wonder how life will be after surgery and living with someone who is not trying to live and eat better.
