I would love that answer too! I'm 2 months out of VSG today. I get in 60-100 grams of protein but don't know the carb limit.

How did you break thru your weight loss stall? I'm almost 4 weeks postop and having lost anything since last Thursday. I am stuck at 249 and change. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out how to break thru stall. Any advice would be helpful.

My husband was sleeved on 9/19 and is on the puréed stage. I am 5 days post op and on Clear liquids & Protein shakes. Water, decaf tea, SF Jello, SF Italian ice, SF ice pops, Isopure shakes and isopure zero carb drinks. I am supposed to get in 4 oz. liquids every hour I'm awake but it's virtually impossible. What type of diet are you on?

I'm 5 days post-op as of today. Since July (start of preop journey) I have lost 12 lbs. Still pretty sore but getting better everyday. July weight: 276 Surgery weight: 270 Day 5 weight: 264
