  1. I'm so glad you brought this up because I feel cheated too! I was told the hunger would subside but I DO feel hungry! Sometimes taking an antacid helps, but also, we're on much lower calorie diets. Some hunger seems natural. That's why I think we should really try to hit around 1200 Calories a day.
  2. I am so glad you are doing this! Just one week post-op, so my losses are minute, but this is a great thing to see for someone who is not dropping 21 lbs in a week! Thank you!
  3. You can do it! This site is great for support!
  4. Why are the water rules so important? Does drinking with meals stretch out the sleeve? (Not to dismiss the rest of the message--I really love what you had to say, Kathy!)
  5. Thank you so much for such awesome, insightful, compassionate, and informative responses! Trying to be good!
  6. Lol...When you're in this stage, you can totally call on me and I will do what I can to talk you out of cheating. Although your will power is probably stronger than mine
  7. I am one week post-op, on full liquids, but had some mushy food today. It did not sit well with my stomach and I threw some of it up. Now I am very scared. I feel fine now, but should I look for warning signs of a leak? Should I call my doctor? Or am OK? Thanks!
  8. What are some of the horror stories?
  9. Your new tummy can't feel the restriction yet because it's swollen and trying to heal, that's why taking things to fast can cause damage. Go read some of the horror stories about some of the folks who took it to fast. It's not worth it. What are some of the horror stories?
