  2. One week i think your body is still in shock. I have read it takes about a month to settle down. I am about 1 week too and can eat more, but im tired and feel nausea a lot hard to sleep sometimes. But I think its a stage. Just hang in there. What is so horrible about how your stomach looks--how many cuts did they make?

  5. i worry about this too--just a week out now--I have heard to take biotin and zinc.
  6. awww:( Im sorry you have to go through that. Many husbands can be passive aggressive like that, subtly sabotaging your success. All i can suggest is to tell him honestly that doesn't help you and to stop it. He may really be scared if you loose weight. Try not to believe his negative words and find another support group to talk to. Mine used to bring home M&Ms when I started a diet--it's odd isn't it??? Set strong boundaries!! Be honest and bold and believe in yourself:)

  8. I am just about 1.5 weeks out and so far i haven't gotten sick, just a little nausea and tired, eating more and I assume still healing. I have had a little hassle with sleeping positions at night but i think for the time that is normal. I was like you thinking what am I doing to my body? The odds are you will heal up fine and adjust--bodies are amazing at that. Think of the positive health benefits you will get and just follow orders!
