When is it the appropriate time to have a small glass of wine?

Same here. I always try to think about the outcome of it all. But thank you! Luckily I have a desk job so I don't have to do much. I went to work nervous because I thought I would be bombarded with questions for the fact that I haven't told anyone that I was getting surgery and that I work in the medical records dept. at a hospital. But any way, today was my best day for getting my fluids in. It's been such a struggle!

Hi everyone! My name is Janel and I'm 20 years old. I was sleeved June.26th and I am recovering pretty well. The first couple days it was rough & i admit, I did have a little bit of buyers remorse but I made it through and I returned back to work. Has anyone else been sleeved recently?! How are you doing?

So I just got home from the hospital today. While i was there, my recovery was going very well. Now I'm at home, & my stomach is killing me, I'm thirsty but I can't keep anything down without feeling like I'm gonna puke, and the medicine I'm supposed to take for pain is not staying down either. Did anyone else have this problem?

Hi! I am a little younger than you but my name is Janel and I just turned 20 years old. I just got my sleeve yesterday and today I feel pretty good. I was lucky enough to not have a lot of nausea and my surgeon said my operation went perfectly. Now today I am starting to bruise on my belly & my pain is about a 5 or 6. I am very pleased with how my surgery went & how my recovery is coming along

Congrats too all of my fellow sleevers. I just got my sleeve done yesterday morning. So far my recovery has been great. I'm still in shock that this is actually happening to me. Losing weight has been one of my life struggles & I can't believe I'm finally going down the road of my new life! & the support from my family & friends make it so much easier (: last but not least, good luck to all June 26th sleevers & I hope recovery is going well!

So I've heard that losing hair is common... I have fine hair as it is & it's been thinning over the years. I'm currently using rogaine to bring it back to normal but I'm fearful in losing more hair post-op. I know protein plays a huge role in this but is there any other tips for preventing hair loss?

I have se pre-surgery anxiety; things like extra skin, going through clothes, adapting to my new life & how well the people around me will accept the new me after surgury! Any words of wisdom?????????
