  2. Hopefully you weren't eating and drinking at the same time. The racing heart thing can be from putting too much in your stomach. I made that mistake a couple times this week.
  3. Be careful with proteins! You want low/zero sugar as well as high protein. Check out isopure or syntrax nectar. I also got a flavorless soy protein to mix in with my soups as well to make sure I am getting enough in!
  4. I'm a tummy sleeper, and strangely enough, it felt good to me to sleep on my tummy again, and my doc said it wouldn't hurt anything. Also, exercise is off the list for 6 weeks! No lifting! You will lose enough weight over the next 6 weeks you can worry about toning later!
  5. Is this normal? It feels like a muscle has been pulled and I only notice it when rolling over from sleeping. I was sleeved June 1st, so everything else feels quite alright, but the right side... Man does it pinch!
