The New Me
You look great!!! You can loose more by cutting out anything white in your diet. Stick to meats and lots of green veggies for about 10 days to reboot your metabolism. Keep up the great work :-). You must be on the tall side because u look like you lost way more than 91 lbs. Beautiful!!!

Recovery is a b***h
You can release gas by leaning on counter top. Promise this will work. Stand there for a while the gas will work its way out!! I had to do this after 2 c sections it works. Hang in there :-) it will pass.

(cheaters) Help
It takes a lot of discipline not to cheat which most of us don't have that's why we had to get the sleeve. Cheating is understandable but you have to remember why you had this surgery. If you cheat you are only cheating yourself. You have to gain control over your cravings. It's not easy but u can do it. My mom always tell me that this food will be here forever. mc Donald's isn't about to go out of business and one u reach ur goal then have some. Good luck and hang in there.

Post-surgery weight loss slow down
First congrats that is a huge success. You must switch your was of eating for a couple days. Then go back to what you were doing. Your body gets use to the routine and gets bored. It's a jump start. Good luck :-)
