  2. Hi, My hair started falling out at 6 months post-op too. My dr said it is from not getting in all the protein that you need. I bought nail and hair formula and it seems to make my hair healthier but it is still falling out. If anybody has any other suggestions let me know.

  4. Hi Renee, Where in South Louisiana. I am from New Orleans and lived in Slidell for 30 years. I live in Michigan now though. I was banded on May 22.. Still on soft foods. My name is Lisa
  5. Thanks so much. You gave me some great tips. I feel a little better now. I have been reading some of these threads and was beginning to think this might not be working. I just have to learn to have patience. the only thing I am a little worried about is the excercise I have a bad back and it is hard to even walk more than about 15 minutes. Will I still loose if I don't excercise as much?
  6. Hi! Got banded on May 22. I lost 10 lbs the first week while on liquids. The next week I started on some soft food and started gaining back some weight. Is this normal? I am a little disappointed.
