  1. I'm 4 days post op too. I thought I was doing really well getting all my fluids in but it turns out I'm really not. I don't ever really get a sensation of being hungry or full. The only thing I do get is if I've had too much I get what feels like heart burn but it comes and goes, isn't a constant ache.
  2. According to the info my NUT gave me, light frozen yogurt is ok!
  3. Awesome! Stay strong and don't let one mishap being you done. Recognize it was a mistake and move along. Everything will be fine!
  4. My dr is Dean McDaniel out of Victoria. Who are you using?
  5. My surgery was Monday so I'm 3 days out. I'm on full liquids for the next 2 weeks. My nut came to see me before I left and gave me a list of foods I could have these next 2 weeks. Decaf coffee/tea with sugar substitute. Sugar free Popsicles and jello. Blended/strained/creamed soups. Cream of wheat, cream of rice, or malt o meal cereal. Light yogurt and sugar free custard and pudding. Thinned mashed potatoes no sugar added carnation breakfast essentials, protein supplements
  6. I cheated on my pre-op diet as well. Surgery was this past Monday (22nd) and all went well, even after I cheated Saturday night and are popcorn at the movies. The biggest thing is, don't let one slip up bring you down. Cheat 1 meal? Make it right the rest of the day. ????
