  2. My surgery was June 2013 as well! The 13th at DH with Dr. Choi. Down almost 90 pounds with about 5 pounds to where I was to be.

  11. I love the Quest bars warmed in the microwave. You can even find recipes for making desserts with the bars. I also love plain Greek yogurt with almond butter mixed in.
  12. If anyone is interested in getting a fitbit QVC will be selling it starting tomorrow night. It's not the newest one,the charge. It's the one before that. I just ordered mine today through an email they sent and can't wait to get it. Right now I just use a regular pedometer my job gave us for the Virgin Healthmiles program but have been wanting a fitbit.

  14. Thanks everyone!
  15. Anyone attempting their first half this spring? I was sleeved in June 2013 and started running in March 2014. I've spent the year doing 5k races and running outdoors but I'm looking to challenge myself even more in the new year. I'm nervous about being fueling my body for long runs and would appreciate any advice!
  16. Hi! I'm from the Danbury area. Surgery was June 2013 at Danbury Hospital.
