  1. Thanks for the advice. I did eat something today but plan on going right back to the shakes tomorrow.
  2. I agree with the words of wisdom and only sharing with those that will support not pull down!!
  3. Anyone have advice on how to get through a pre-surgery diet of 5 meal replacement shakes a day? Can also have sugar free jello, drinks, and Popsicles. Have headaches, stomach cramps, and other side affects. Nurse said this is normal and should be gone in a day or two. How fast can those two days go by??
  4. There seems to be many different pre-surgery diet plans. Not liking mine but will follow doctors orders. Wondering if a healthy dinner tonight would be awful. Guess it would be wrong if I want to follow orders.
  5. Day 4 ... Not hungry but need another shake...oh yes! Lost some weight but sugar is still high.
  6. Two weeks of meal replacement shakes for me. Started them Tuesday. What about you?
  7. Starting preop diet of 5 meal replacement shakes per day on Tuesday. Any helpful advice?? Hope I can do it!

  11. Surgery scheduled for June. Insurance won't cover any bariatrc surgery, I saved over $20,000 to get healthier. I pray this helps put me in the right direction.
