I'm tall at 5'3 but wanted to stop by and say hi! I started at 193, at surgery I was 187 and now I'm 140. I was sleeved 6/13/13. Good luck all!!! I is love my sleeve :0)

I'm able to eat all kinds of raw fruit (apples believe it or not are my fav now) but again as previously stated all surgeons differ. It takes hours to finish but it goes down smooth.

I'm sorry for your loss. Stress w the sleeve isn't a good mix at all. Stay hydrated and pls try to get soft foods down like soup if possible.

I love love love nascobal!!!! As soon as I take my puff I feel energized!!! You can go to their site and print a coupon for a coupon card. My insurance does a 3 mth supply for $35. I tried sublingual b12 and it's Nothing compared to nascobal.

Per my WLS Doc the first 6 mths are "primetime." Afterwards it slows down. It's time to change up the exercise and diet routine that your body has grown accustomed too.

Good concerns but for me the benefits outweighed the risks.

You'll love the sleeve compared to the band bc I do! The band was so uncomfortable IMO. Plus no trips & co-pays for fills ???? Height 5'3 SW w/band - 214 Ending weight before 2 band slips- 150 Ballooned up to 193 after my last slip Sleeve SW- 193 Surgery weight at revision 186 (pre op diet) Surgery 6-13-13 CW- 140 ☺️️ Rock that sleeve!!!!!! Mind over matter and I'm at my goal already.

I had those thoughts too but being on the other side I have NO regrets!!! Praying none of you do either. Loving my Sleeve!!!!
