  4. Thank you! Very informative. I was wondering if I was doing the right thing by eating more often.
  5. Ok, so I had my surgery June 3rd. Did very well the first two weeks but since then I haven't lost anything. At first I was only eating three times a day and I wasn't able to get but 300-400 cals in. (Including protein shakes) I started eating four to five times a day to get in at least 800 cals and I'm walking on the treadmill 30 mins a day. Still no weight loss!! What am I doing wrong? So frustrated!! Any suggestions are appreciated!!
  6. Had the band for five years. Worked really well for the first two years. Lost 80lbs. Going into the third year got a bad stomach virus and threw up for 3 days (after a fill, two weeks before). Had to go get all the fld removed because my stomach was so swollen I couldn't even swallow my spit. After this I never could find my sweet spot. I was either too restricted or no restriction at all. I felt like I was starving ALL the time. Gained back 35 lbs and "spit up" almost after every meal. Had my band removed and sleeved on June 3rd. Down 13 lbs and feeling great! The best part... I'm NEVER hungry!!!! I love it! Wish I would have done it years ago.
