Hi from Ireland!
Laura 12lbs in two weeks thats fantastic. my weight loss has slowed down quite a bit but i can feel such a difference in clothes. I bought a red dress size 14 for a wedding in august. I bought it months ago and fell in love with it. It was the only size left. it was about two inches too tight across the bust but guess what it fits me now!

Hi from Ireland!
I'm hopeless i gave up on the liquids last week! went to the gym this evening... tought it would be a battle but it was grand...painless. I'm working out points according to weightwatchers and daily i'm eating about 12 to 14 points a day which is a third less than i can so there is still restiction there. Still feel like I'm dieting frightened if i don't count the points i'll go over the daily amount.

June 2006 Band Crew
Hi all, I was banded last saturday and so far i've lost eight pounds, I'm finding it hard to eat much. I get hungry and then i eat but can only fit three or four spoon fulls in or a small petit falou. Reckon may calorie intake is about 500 calories per day. Does this kind of retriction pass?
-
I'm very sad, I may have crohn's disease...
Hi Chron's is usually in the intestine not the stomach so you should be able to keep your band, however you made need steroids or part of your intestine removed depending how bad.

Hi from Ireland!
Hi Can anyone tell me how soon after being banded does the restriction pass. I just feel full all the time. I've lost 8lb since last saturday although i'm happy to be loosing i'm a bit concerned i'm loosing too quick, and i would like to eat a bit more as one or two spoons and i'm full. Dini, Day one and two after being banded i felt terrible but since then i feel great. it is so so worth it. Oh and i had my driving test yesterday and i passed, first time trying. Life is looking up!

6 days post op
Hey all, I'm three days post op, ment to be on liquids but i'm having soft foods. Can't each much of anything as it doesn't fit but just the taste is great. Couldn't handle a liquid diet felt to depressed. I know band is stitched in place so it doesn't move. Loosing about a lb a day so its working!
