  11. Ok confession time... I have gotten completely obsessed with the gym and weighing mySelf. (I've lost 130 btw) I eat whatever I want in moderation. I'm in the gym so much that it burns off right Away I love the attention I get. Reminds me of when I played football in college. I hated throwing out all my old jeans. It's like burning money. I'm so upset I feel constipated a lot. I started taking Metamucil to regulate myself, but Jesus. I go to th washroom like 3 times a week. At my heaviest April 2013. 320 November 2nd 2013 195

  13. HAhaha I'm sorry! But also I've turned into a complete gym rat..
  14. I don't know about a record... But I feel pretty great. Not at my goal yet. But getting close
  15. Hard work is an understatement. It's so hard staying away from certain foods. Complete change in lifestyle. The hardest part is ingesting protein. Anyone else having this problem? Also, not drinking while I eat
  16. God sleeved on April 29th, and my pre op weight was 325 Today I'm at 210. I feel amazing. I'm in the gym 6 times a week sometimes 2 times a day. Body fat percentage was at 28% day of surgery and now it's at 16%.
  17. Down 110 pounds since April 29. Pre op weight 325 Today August 5th, 215.
  18. I was 325 on April 29th, the day of my surgery. Its now August 5th which is just over 3 months and i now weigh 215. I'm writing this message live from the gym... I feel amazing and it's like I was given a whole new life. It really was tough at first and it became an obsession looking At the scale, but if you follow the diet properly, if you respect the rules and get over the "mental" hungers , than its really simple. About 1 month after surgery I started back in the gym and I basically live in there. Remember that everyone's body is different and you only get what you put in. So anyone struggling with it at the beginning just remember there is a light at the end of the tunnel....
  19. How long ago was your surgery ?? I hit about a 2 week span where I stayed stuck at 260. But I then started taking Metamucil at night and it made me more regular and I started losing more and more weight. My typical daily diet is a hard boiled egg in the morning or a bagel with. Cream cheese. At lunch I have a small salad or like 1/3 can of tuna and at night I have like a hamburger just the pattie with cheese or even that's too much sometime. I mix in about 4 liters of water a day and 1 or 2 freezies. Also on days I work out, I have a pre work out shake then a protein shake after the work out. Also, remember that if you're in the solid food stage you shouldn't be substituting meals with protein shakes. I find on days I try and eat more, I lose more weight. It's weird
  20. 2 weeks before surgery I was 325... The day of I was 296 Today, about 2 months later I'm 242 To anyone who gets worried that the weight won't melt off just stick to the plan and slowly start to hit the gym. My goal is 220 before the end of August and I'm sure ill hit it.
  21. 2 weeks before the operation and I was 325. The day of I was 296. Today June 9th I'm at 255 and I'm feeling and looking great. I'm still going strong and on a great path. Still getting used to what I can and can't tolerate when I eat. I want to know is post work out protein shakes a meal or considered a liquid? Can I drink water within the hour of drinking it. ?
  22. Sleeved may 1st. Pre op I was 315, day of surgery I was 297 Today 6/3/13 I'm 260. I'm still trying to figure out this whole eating thing. But it's going good
  23. I'm getting sleeves tomorrow. I'm in Mexico so the only thing I'm scared of is the flight home. Wish me luck. And I'd Love to hear how people are doing. I wanna know how long I should start seeing results
