I understand how you feel so I am going to give you my little trick that helps me get through missing chewing regular food, I did it with my band and now my sleeve. I "eat" what ever I am craving. I chew it in my mouth and then spit it out in the trash. I also have my protein shake with me. I.chew and spit then take a sip of my shake. It tames my cravings, cheating without.cheating. I hope this helps you. Just do not swollow anything your not supposed to

I will be at the airport in 4 hours, my flight leaves in 5&1/2 hours. I land in Sandeigo at10:35, drive to TJ, get labs done, and preop, the its sleeve time at.1:30. My time has arrived amd im so eccited!!!!

You can do either but remember if you use plastic in Mexico you will have an added charge where they convert your dollars to.pesos. Your bank will charge you gor this " convenience"
