  1. Good Luck in your journey!
  2. Best of luck on your new journey!
  3. Prayers to you and your family!
  4. Have you tried ISOPURE? They have 40 grams of Protein per drink and are sold in a 20 FL OZ bottle. My favorite is the blue raspberry. I drink 1/2 on my way to work and the other 1/2 on my way home. Helps me get my protein in....I too got sick and tired of the protein shakes! Good Luck!
  5. Toughts and prayers your way! Best of Luck to you!
  6. I still drank my one cup preop and had no issues losing weight, but after my sleeve I am only drinking decaf and only once in a while.........not really missing it! Good luck!
  7. I had my surgery on a Tuesday. Stayed two nights in the hospital, because I had a reaction to the liquid pain meds (made me so sick). Went home on Thursday resting and recovering through the weekend then Monday worked full time from home one week and then back to the office the following week. I felt really good and ready for the journey! Everyone is different, you have to listen to your body and as Believe said don't push yourself too much. Good luck!!
  8. I feel my weight loss is slow. All the years of Yo Yo dieting have taken its toll. Exciting to hear that once I do get all this weight off, it may stay off, one advantage to a little age, lol. Good luck on your journey!
  9. You look great! And so much younger too! Love the hair cur and color!
  10. I'm in the "mushy" phase as my doctor calls it. I have made egg salad, tuna salad, baked chicken thighs with a rub, mashed potatoes, pureed sweet potatos and carrots, culiflower au gratin, broccoli cheese casserole, grilled fish with light tarter sauce, Beans with cheese and sour cream, hummus, Peanut Butter with mashed bananas, scrambled eggs with cheese, cottage cheese with mashed light fruit cocktail, scallops, rotisserie chicken, I tried hamburger with cheese, it tasted so good, but it didn't agree with me........I'll have to try that again later. Experiment and have fun with it! I have to keep remembering that even though my eyes want to fill a small plate, I really can only eat 1/4 cup right now. Any more than that and I feel really BAD! Good Luck!
  11. Congratulations! And it will just keep going down....................
