  4. Everyone has a slip up or two now and again. What's important is that you acknowledge it and seek the attention you need. I had a issue also and what I did to overcome was voiced my opinion to people who ate bad things in my presence. I was tactful of course, I just asked them to eat in another room or I took it upon myself to leave the room. It has worked for me, but every individual is different or you can just eat filling foods that allow you to stay full longer..Hope this helps
  5. Thanks...I absolutely love water and now I'm starting to curb my appetite with Isopure. I definitely don't want that weight back though. I'm only two weeks out and have lost a good amount and there is no way I'm going back down that road again. So hunger binges have to take the back seat...lol
  6. Every now and then I get hungry. I look and all I seem to want is the bad things or a lot of the good things, either way its not going to work out. I have to literally stop, breathe, take a look in the mirror at my 50lb loss and get over myself. Is there anyone else that has these moments? If so, how do you work through yours?
  7. I did enjoy my 2 week diet. I actually did mine for 3 weeks and it was great. I did the same as you. I used the Equate protein shakes from wal-mart 3 times a day and snacked 3 times a day (Jello, greek yogurt with crystal light, cream of chicken/shrimp/broccoli, raw veggies, etc.) and I was very full from the diet. Now I'm 1 week post op and pureeing food and it's great.!
