You are exactly right. Im actually back in san Antonio awaiting my flight back home tomorrow. Surgery went great. Hospital staff and Dr As staff are very friendly. Im struggling with some nausea and adjusting to my new stomach. It's not anything to take lightly thats for sure. Gas was my biggest problem and all we can do for that is walk. I'm nervous about the flight home tomorrow and how my stomach will react to the pressure difference.
Oh my goodness! I leave for Mexico Friday!! When I first scheduled my surgery, I thought June 29th is so far away...then I blinked and it's here! I'm now in panic mode lol. What do I pack? What are some things I need to get for post-op? Any last minute tips or advice? The nerves have set in :/
We are thinking about driving instead of flying due to the outrageous price for airline tickets...it's a 14 hr drive. How did you handle the drive after surgery?
I'm june 29th as well! Where are you having your surgery? No pre-op for me but I went ahead and ordered some unjury products for post op. I'm excited I found someone to share my date with
My date is 6-29-13!! Looking forward to cheering/supporting/ranting/etc...with all of you June sleevers! It just helps to talk things out with a group of people going thru the same thing and know your not being judged. My goal is to know more about VSG than my doctor lol...OCD kicking in
