I have the same ins also ...it took me all the above...with one appeal befor i WAS APPROVED... 4 WEEK BATTLE WITH AETNA...Thank GOD its approved

Hang in there.......try calling your doctor back.....ask them do they have, a ideal because you have so much time to request time off from week

They ask for 2 years history......aetna is a mess... are thay going against there own requirement?????

From my understanding, according to there requires they ask for two years history......I read that off there web
